I had no experience at all because we couldn't stay, even though booking confirmed the reservation; the hotel said they had no rooms and we had to find another place. The lack of responsibility to fix the booking issue is clear: the reservation wasn’t honored by the hotel, which claimed no rooms were available—a mistake from booking, not theirs.

I was contacted via WhatsApp and told to cancel because they claimed no rooms were available, supposedly due to a website error.

The service was excellent and the room on level 3, a more expensive option, was very good with A/C that you really need. It was a bit noisy from the betting arcade on the ground floor when football was being broadcast.
