The gym equipment was broken and unavailable, and cigarette smoke lingered in the hall. I had a slow response when trying to cancel the rest of my stay—I only stayed 1 of the 4 nights.

I didn’t feel safe because all the exterior locks were broken, so anyone could come and go. Our room didn’t have a traditional hotel window that locks; it was actually unlocked and left half open.
