The owner and every staff member were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. It’s a place that makes you feel very calm. We were celebrating my wife’s retirement and had a trip together. The sulfur hot‑spring in Oku‑Nikko, a 46‑year wait since my junior high school trip, was a great memory. Thank you so much. The toilets were shared and located away from the rooms, which was inconvenient.
