Warm hospitality, luxurious food, comfortable accommodation, and a beautiful garden.
The place was spotless and the hospitality was insane. I felt like I was staying with a friend who just kept making sure everything was perfect.
I can’t say enough about this spot – it’s hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hosts were unbelievably kind, and the food? I’ve never tasted so much great food in one place. The location is a dream: a short walk from the village parking, right under the peaks, and you’re just a stone’s throw from the High Scardus Trails. We even trekked to the Macedonian border one day and swam in the Drini river the next at a place called Butterfly Camp.
Wonderful guesthouse, far above the standard we hikers from HST would expect in that remote village. The rooms are clean with large windows, the garden is welcoming and shady, and there’s a huge amount of tasty homemade food (great soups for dinner). The couple running it are very friendly and do their best to make people happy. Wishing them all the best! Nothing to complain honestly.
