Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great staff, great breakfast!
Brittany from customer service was the reason I stayed, but some staff need more training in professionalism. The company’s policy that coworkers or family members who stay at the hotel don’t receive special treatment means their children can disturb other guests with running, jumping, and stomping.
“The grounds and site did not feel secure”
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean, but security on the site was awful—drinking was happening on the grounds and bottles were left in the parking lot. Police came multiple times, and there were homeless people on the property every morning. I also found no towels waiting at the front desk.
