Situated in the heart of Burgundy, the staff are outstanding, eager to suggest excellent restaurants and wineries and to arrange bookings; the garden behind the hotel is cool, full of vegetables and well kept, and it seems the management treats their people well because everyone appears happy—if not, they should be, since the staff truly deserve it.
