This small hotel, which Google Maps lists as a guesthouse, sits beside the metro station and within a short walk of Galata Tower, Istiklal Caddesi, the funicular, and the Bosphorus. We stayed in a front‑of‑reception room on the first floor with large windows, and the rain over Istanbul seen from the windows was poetic. I had expected the room to be noisy and overly bright in the sun, but it turned out not to bother me at all.

The price is very good and the location is fantastic. The place is clean enough, and the staff are very courteous. Many sights are within walking distance. The windows and doors provide no sound insulation, and taxis honk continuously under the windows late into the night; the neighbors are also audible. I'm not overly sensitive, but it was more than tolerable.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the best spot of Galata; you can walk to all the sights or hop on the metro just 50 m away. It's very cozy, has everything you need, and the price is great, but the real charm is the owner's friendliness and willingness to help. Just a suggestion: improve the room lighting, but that's a minor detail if you want to read.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here; everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the reception team for being so helpful and kind throughout. I definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Es ist sauber, die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Kinderwagerl mit, das wir unten verstauen durften, sodass wir es nicht rauftragen mussten👍🏼 Man kann den Galata Turm in nicht mal 5 Minuten erreichen. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung
