“A Wonderful Birthday Getaway with a Beautiful Infinity Pool!”

We booked Triton Prestige to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it turned out to be a fantastic celebration—he loved every moment. The rooms were sleek and spotless, the staff were warm, the restaurant served great food, and the setting was gorgeous. The infinity pool stood out as the highlight of our visit. The only hiccup was the check‑in: after a rough sea trip, my son was sick and vomiting, yet the reception seemed more intent on collecting payment than offering help; a bit more empathy and flexibility would have made a big difference.

Everything was excellent, the people were super friendly, and the food was a bit spicy. The pool tiles were slippery.

The hotel is brand‑new, almost a month old, TRITON EXOTICA, and it’s spotless. It’s in the middle of everything, just a two‑to‑three minute walk from the beach. Breakfast is good, and the staff—especially Youssef—are very respectful, quick, and excellent. I recommend staying here and will book again. The only complaint is that the room key is a single card; it would be better to have two cards for guest convenience, and it’s annoying to always need a staff member to open the room if you leave the card inside for the AC or charging.
