I appreciated how the staff answered every description and need, and the breakfast supplies were diverse enough for us; checking in was straightforward.

The location was average, the kitchen big and the bathroom tidy, and getting a towel was well organized. The breakfast was a nasty surprise: the selection was insufficient, some items were past their expiry, a cheese had mold, another box was empty! The staff didn’t know how to get Wi‑Fi working. The drinks were made too weak. The shower lacked a curtain and there was nothing to dry the shower room floor.

The room was clean and met expectations, and I got value for my money. The kitchen was dirty, with dishes piled up and trash everywhere; a quick weekly cleaning would have helped.

The apartment was tidy. The shower had no floor mat or even a shower curtain, and the floor wasn’t dry. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was only coffee, one yogurt, and a bag of light bread, plus a few sandwich and cheese packs. The sauna was available but there was no instruction on where it was.
