The place has real charm; it’s a bit off the beaten path but you’re quickly in Parma (about 15 minutes to the center) and close to major roads; the kitchen is amazing and the staff are lovely; the room was functional and clean but nothing extra.

The location is close to the Parma fair, but the room was dirty and damp, there were bugs, and the breakfast was very cheap and poor.
