I could spot the hotel easily, smack in the middle of Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai on my bike tour. The room was simple but clean and straightforward. The pool, however, was a let‑down: it was green, neglected, and exactly like the reviews warned. If they can’t keep it working, they should drop it from the listing. I chose this place over others because it advertised a pool, so that was misleading.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near a 7-Eleven store, which was really convenient for grabbing essentials. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of my room - it was far from spotless and had a strong, unpleasant odor from the drains.

I appreciated the hotel's great location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. The room was a letdown - it was extremely dirty with hair and dust covering the floor. Overall, I felt that the hotel could do a much better job in maintaining cleanliness.

My stay had its highs and lows. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with a very comfy bed that made for a good night's sleep. However, we were unable to use the pool due to its poor condition - it was too dirty to swim in.
