The property is beautiful and well kept, an authentic little holiday apartment with its own terrace. It’s very quiet; at night you can hear the cicadas. The kitchen could use some upgrades—only two plates and two coffee spoons were provided, but since we didn’t cook much, that was enough. All in all, everything was fine.

The location and the building are nice. However, there was little upkeep, stained floors, clogged drains in the bathroom, and a shower that leaked, flooding the room.

The place is gorgeous, peaceful, and impeccably maintained; being able to reach the stunning Golfo di Baratti without a car only adds to the charm, and the staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help.

We stayed on a farm in the countryside and felt transported back in time; the agriturismo is very welcoming, not modern, but it’s a spot where you can rediscover yourself in this ever‑hurrying world. The spot is great, just a 10‑minute drive from the medieval village of Populonia and a 20‑minute walk to the sea. Even my big dog was happy 🐶😂😂❤ We’ll definitely come back, hopefully next year.
