The hotel is lovely, the room is spacious and spotless, breakfast and the restaurant are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is small but well equipped, and the service is great. No issues.

The room was next to a large pipe (probably the kitchen exhaust), luckily it turns off at night, but during the day until evening there’s a fairly loud and annoying noise in the room.

The facility is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest detail, and the staff are super welcoming and always ready to help with anything, making you feel at home like part of a big family. The thoughtful gift bags they brought for my little dogs were the sweetest, most wonderful thing I could have received, truly fantastic.

We appreciated the staff’s attentiveness during check‑in and their willingness to help. The property is well kept and clean. It’s also close to many departure points for excursions. The spa offers a full range of treatments and the spa staff are very knowledgeable. Food is plentiful and well presented.
