Breakfast was good, exactly what we expected. The bathtub taps and the bathtub itself were outdated.

Clean, comfortable stay near the Vancouver Island ferry and Park Royal Shopping Mall. Great breakfast. All good.

Location is great, just a 20‑minute scenic drive over the Lions Gate Bridge; it's half the price of downtown hotels. Free breakfast, solid internet and cable TV. The bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. The tap water alternated between hot and warm, and the cold faucet never produced truly cold water.

We were happy to stay with our dog. The room was practically on Capilano Road and there was a lot of car noise. The guest above us moved furniture for about 2 hours, making it very noisy. My bed was comfortable, but my partner's was awful, like a cheap spring mattress with little cushioning.
