The owner is a pleasant, well‑educated and helpful gentleman. The cleaning leaves much to be desired and is very important to me! The shower is tiny, full of mold, and the showerhead is covered in limescale. There’s a stale smell throughout the house, a dirty bath mat, blinds that can’t be pulled up because they’re too old, and the kitchen we didn’t use was dirty. The breakfast that looked great in the pictures was missing.

The place sits right next to the city centre and the highway, which was super convenient. The owner greeted us warmly even though we checked in a bit earlier than the stated time. The room was spotless, and we could have breakfast in it because everything we needed was already there. The breakfast itself was pretty plain, though we did get a few croissants. The décor felt a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us at all.

The hospitality was great, the place was clean and roomy, and they even let us bring our dog along.

The price‑to‑value was excellent, paying only 40 euros per night. The location worked well for me, and the breakfast offered was decent and appropriate. However, the shower box should be replaced and the bathroom in general feels outdated.
