“Masseria molto bella, tranquilla e pet friendly. La consiglio!”

The masseria is stunning, tranquil, and pet‑friendly. The room was super cute and clean, with a shared green space in front. I brought my little dog, and she could roam everywhere—at breakfast and elsewhere—and upon arrival we were given a nice bowl of welcome water. The staff were always friendly and helpful. At night, with all the lights, the place turns magical. It’s peaceful yet close enough to reach Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and the surrounding areas. I recommend it!

“Appena accettabile”

The place is very spacious with well‑kept greenery, and the waitstaff are friendly and professional. However, the restaurant leaves much to be desired and some receptionists are rude; when something goes wrong they handle it slowly. The en‑suite bathrooms are roomy but dated, the water from the faucet sprayed everywhere, and the mosquito nets were broken. TV channels after 20:00 worked only intermittently.

“Wunderschöner Pool”

The pool is good. The room furnishings (bed and pillows are not comfortable, the bathroom barely has water from the shower) are lacking, and breakfast definitely needs improvement.

The setting of the hotel, the rooms, the spacious bathroom with a nice comfortable shower and the king‑size bed were all great. Parking was convenient, even for loading and unloading luggage. The breakfast service could use improvement, both in buffet variety and staff attentiveness. Animals, especially dogs, should be banned from the breakfast area. In rooms it would be better to have a proper wardrobe instead of a wooden hanging structure. Perhaps investing in new TVs without external decoders would be worthwhile, after all this is a 4‑star hotel.
