The room was very clean and spacious. The restaurant is well equipped and the hotel is close to the city centre. There was an issue with hot water after a pipe burst.

The location, wheelchair accessibility, the staff, and the atmosphere. Breakfast was a bit bland.

The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and comfortable, and the breakfast had homemade pastries. It’s near the Pistoia zoo, a few kilometres from the centre, great for families surrounded by greenery. The spot is ideal for exploring this part of Tuscany, 30 minutes from Florence and an hour from Lucca or Pisa. I would add a fridge in the common area of the room.

A very nice, quiet spot just 10 minutes by car from Pistoia, with warm and welcoming hosts. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding: a buffet featuring high‑quality items and homemade cakes, especially the lemon cake and the apple crumble pie. The hosts provided useful brochures for exploring Pistoia and the surrounding area, plus plenty of tips on parking and restaurants. We had a great time and highly recommend it! Nothing was lacking—everything was perfect.
