The location and the terrace were good. The room was bare, only a bed, a small table and a chair. The window was very low, dangerous for kids; in the bathroom there were only nails to hang towels.

The rooms were roomy, but the point of contact was rude. Our TV didn’t work and they accused me of lying. I had to fight to be moved to another room, which was a downgrade. They also walked up to us asking for a later check‑out even though no one was there, so I wouldn’t stay there again.

I stayed in a huge, beautiful room in a gorgeous building, but I wish there had been a kettle or a small fridge to make it feel a bit more cozy and comfortable.

I was very satisfied with my choice to stay here; the room was very elegant, with a lovely view of the terrace, and the location and services were excellent. A minor issue with the entrance was quickly resolved.

The neighborhood is interesting, just a short walk from MANN, and the building itself is remarkable despite its wear; the B&B’s entrance, with frescoes and stucco, is wonderful. Paola handled the self‑check‑in communication professionally, and a kind lady kept the rooms impeccably clean. The minimalist rooms are in a Ferdinando Sanfelice building, and there’s a nice common lounge. The B&B needs a fresh touch and updates to shower curtains and bath linens, but with those small changes it could be one of the best in Naples and has all the potential.
