The spot was super close to the old town and quiet, with a large room. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking… The place was hard to find; you have to admit the gate shown in the photo…

Nothing terrible, but we barely found it and there was no signage. The toilet didn’t work, and there was no paper, towel, or cup. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Best price in Nizwa, good location. Look at the price: if you want 4‑star service, you’ll have to pay three times more.

Location excellent, room basic but clean. The bathroom smelled bad and the shower flooded the toilet floor. No staff were around when we arrived.
