The reception staff were polite. The bed was uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well and my back hurt, and the bathroom was dirty.

The welcome was human‑level like never before! Great! I wish we had stayed more than one night.

The gentleman at reception that evening gave all the necessary advice to make my stay smoother and the bedding quality was good. I’m still disappointed that the listing said there was a restaurant, but when we arrived there were only two reheated basic dishes… clarity about available services is essential.
