Our stay was perfect - the location was super tranquil and close to Bogota, making it easy to unwind and connect with nature. The staff, particularly Ana, were really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, everything was just perfect.

The views, jacuzzi, breakfast service, and friendly staff were all highlights of our stay. However, we did notice that the place could use some extra cleaning supplies and utensils - a few basics would make a big difference.

The atmosphere and tranquility of the place were really appealing, but we had a couple of issues. On the first night, the bed linens seemed to be used and it smelled a bit funky. And on the second night, the jacuzzi never heated up, which was a bummer.

This is a great spot to disconnect and spend some quality time with family - we had a blast. The staff were really welcoming and Ana provided top service. The breakfast included with our reservation was always delicious. One thing that might be helpful is more info on the services they offer, so guests can make the most of their stay.
