The property was decent, but I had paid for a king bed and was given two queen beds instead, and there was no remote control in the room at all; the stay was terrible and ridiculous.

I can’t say anything positive; it’s really incomparable to the one in Winchester. There’s a cooking scent in the corridors, the bathroom is VERY dirty, the kitchen service items were empty—no hot water for tea, no tea bags, and the yogurt was empty.
