Guests enjoy hot spring baths, open-air baths, and public baths, as well as a lift, daily housekeeping, and room service. The ryokan serves a highly praised dinner, with buffet and a la carte options, near Mount Aso, Kinrinko Lake, and Kumamoto Airport.

The onsen was absolutely amazing, and the meals left a lot to be desired.

The open‑air onsen was fantastic, the food divine, and the staff were amazing; the only downside was that, unlike a traditional ryokan, you eat in a dining booth downstairs.
