Everything was brand new, tidy, and comfortable, and there was a bottle of water waiting when I arrived; thanks also to the owner who was available the next morning to help me.

The building is newly built with well‑crafted details, a polished bar, and good accessories; breakfast isn’t offered, but there’s a nearby bar with spectacular brioches. We couldn’t find the entrance right away because it’s on a “secondary” side street, so better signage would help—just a suggestion, not a criticism.
