“it’s decent for a quiet long stay with a large room, but the management and maintenance side”
I stayed for roughly a month, so I got a solid feel for the place. The studio apartment was roomy and had a nice balcony, which made long stays more comfortable. The area was very quiet, so it was peaceful to rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful, and one of them spoke English, which made communication easier. On the downside, when I first arrived my booked room wasn’t ready, so I was moved around temporary rooms and ended up changing rooms three times in four days before finally getting the actual room. It seemed like room allocation depended on waiting for other guests to check out, so you had to keep following up yourself. The room itself also needed better maintenance: the bed spring was damaged and uncomfortable on the back, and the sink pipes were broken, so you had to manually open them from below. The hotel is in an industrial area, so convenience is limited. The nearest 7‑Eleven is quite far, there are no cafés within walking distance, and most places close early. Also, the pool and sitting area did not look like the photos shown online, which was disappointing.
