The location is great, close to the best sights and restaurants, and breakfast is outstanding with variety and quality. However, the bathroom and room cleaning were lacking; the grout in the bathtub and the floor were dirty, and the room had sand in the corners. The mattress was smaller than the box in room 507, causing the bed to shift a lot when turning at night, and there were bedbugs in the wardrobe.

The room was spacious and tidy, and the housekeeping lady paid a lot of attention to detail; breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cakes, breads, and more. Everything was fine except the bathroom walls near the shower were quite dirty and needed cleaning, and the lower parking lot is small but a staff member is available to help.

The location is excellent, close to everything, very convenient, and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. Next to the craft center, the surrounding area is safe to walk even late at night. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked very well. The room was tight and dark, lacking brighter lighting, the shower didn’t heat up very well, and the outlet for charging the phone was not near the side table or the bed.
