The room was spotless, the beds comfy, and the bathroom stocked with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. A kettle, microwave, and capsule coffee machine were on the desk, and tea was included with the stay while capsules and minibar items cost extra. Breakfast was excellent, with a spread of rolls, bread, pastries, juice, and a range of spreads like butter, honey, marmalade, Nutella, pâté, and lučina, plus eggs cooked to order, sausages, a plated dish, coffee, and tea. The staff were very friendly. The only issue was that one of the beds was a sofa bed that had a slight give and could have used an extra top mattress; our light child slept on it fine, but an adult would probably find it uncomfortable.

The room was stylish and well‑equipped, a real treat. Everything was neat and modern, just what I wanted.

I was really disappointed by the dust that fell from the ceiling and the noisy fan in the bathroom that made it impossible to stay there. The cracks were so black they looked like they were from a paint shop. The staff were rude and arrogant, and the food was awful – the pork tenderloin was basically burnt and dry, and the waiter kept shouting. I left early. On the bright side, the young waitress at breakfast was kind, smiling, and even made me a special dish that wasn't on the menu.
