Nothing good – it was disgusting. It was awfully dirty and not what I reserved; I booked a hotel room but arrived at a personal chalet owned by someone.

Mr. Amr and his team were wonderful and ready to meet every need.

Nothing, the environment was really dirty, untidy, and there were even small animals on the floor, so we had to clean it ourselves. We asked to change the mattress, but they gave us another dirty one; in the end we managed it ourselves. Truly awful. A terrible property.
