The place is quiet, service is good, accommodation is decent. No restaurants nearby, the nearest attraction and the IPÊ park are about 3 km away. I had trouble calling an app driver because few accept rides in that area.

The spot is really peaceful – you don’t hear any street noise at all. Unfortunately the room itself had a nasty sewage smell that made it hard to relax.

I was drawn by the fact that it’s one of the cheapest places in Rio Branco, which is great if you’re on a budget. The downside is the constant WhatsApp messages demanding an upfront PIX payment – no credit‑card option – and the reception staff were consistently rude.
