For a resort, it was pretty weak! The kids’ area had few toys, the food was average. I don’t recommend it. The staff were very polite.

The room was a decent size and the view was pleasant, but getting there was a hassle – the stairs to the second‑floor room had no handrail and there’s no lift to the lobby, which made it impossible for a wheelchair user to reach the front desk from Rua das Pedras. The service carts were slow and they used disposable cups for meals.

We liked the pool bar and the golf‑cart driver who shuttled us to the room, but the pool was filthy and our room (1216) was covered in mold, the curtains smelled, and the AC rattled all night. The whole place looks rundown, with abandoned bits and grimy sofas in the lobby.

“Decepção”

The pool and beach access were the only highlights; everything else felt like a mess. Most of the units are actually privately owned, and because the owner never told the concierge my name, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation even though I had the email printed. After a two‑hour wait and a call to the owner, the reception manager finally sorted it out. After staying here fifteen years ago, seeing it fall apart – shabby breakfast, broken maintenance everywhere – was disappointing.
