The bathroom extractor wasn't working.
Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant odor

“Excelente”
Muy bien, excelente, but there was just one variation in the breakfast.
“Decent place to stay. Good simple breakfast”
Breakfast was simple and good, but the toilet was not working properly.
“Muy agradable”
The cleaning was good, but there was no bag for dirty clothes.
“Breakfast was terrible no options at all and is so uncomfortable. Gym is just a room with 2 machines. And there is a ven”
The rooms share a door with other rooms, so it’s not very secure; you can feel other guests trying to open the door.
I was excited about the location because it’s super close to the city center, but the reception service was awful. The front‑desk staff, especially the evening shift, were impossible to bother. My room was on the third floor and the noise from the machines above my room was unbearable. I went down to reception to ask for a room change, but they refused. A lady with heart‑shaped glasses told me it wasn’t possible because of maximum occupancy and she was very flat‑minded. Another employee, not from reception, told me the machines stopped at 23:00, yet they kept running until 00:00 on 7/08/26. They restarted at 6 am. There was also a power outage; when the lights came back on and I asked about the stairs to my room because the elevator wasn’t working, the same lady said I couldn’t use them or the alarm would trigger. I could have kept going, but I’ll stop here. The rooms are pretty standard for the chain, but at least they could have asked me if I wanted a room change the next day and followed up on my complaint.
