A lovely place to stay while either exploring the sounds or walking the Queen Charlotte track; it was very relaxing, offered amazing views, and the team was wonderful and eager to help with any questions. The rooms were lovely, the shower great, and the restaurant was good too.

A fantastic stay: very comfortable, nice food, and friendly staff; nothing to complain about.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay, and Niki and Chris made us feel super welcome as the first overnight guests of the season. We were roomed in in Kakariki - Native bush and glow worms off the back porch, sensational view from our balcony, views, views and more views all around the property. Coffee and meals and service were all top notch at the cafe. Had a massage as well which was 10/10. Felt very relaxed by the end of our stay and we'll be back again for sure. If you're unsure about whether booking is worth it - i can promise you it is. We didn't have time to stay longer
