The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, but the breakfast needed a lot of improvement.

The stay was good overall, especially the bathroom, though the front entrance door had a noticeable gap underneath and the bathroom door was difficult to shut.

Absolutely nothing!. 1. Victor was very rude when checking in! Took the payment for the room and proceeded to argue with me when it came to taking the payment for the deposit. He said he ran it 4 times, and it declined. I showed him proof that the $50 was in there and that he had, in fact, NOT ran the payment! He kept arguing with me until I used a different card. 2. He blatantly lied about there being absolutely no downstairs rooms available when, in fact, there were! It took my husband going in to get a room downstairs! 3. The room was absolutely nasty! Mold on bottom of wall, tub filthy with hair, and not sure whether it was dried blood or dried poop in the tub & on shower walls! 4. Other occupants were playing music so loud you couldn't think straight! 5. No resolution of any problem was addressed by hotel! Just acted like it was no problem with them at all and blew it all off! We definitely did not stay all night, and most definitely not go back!!
