Everything was fine. The free Wi‑Fi isn’t really free; it doesn’t even work unless you pay for it.

The young lady at the front desk during check‑in was very friendly! It was odd that I had to ask for shampoo and a hair dryer, and I was told to ask the front desk staff for those items.

I wasn’t allowed to check in because I had more than two animals per manager (he was notified per my request) and then I was charged on my card! What audacity to charge my Visa Card! I went back to the Tracy office about the charges; one was corrected, but the other cost wasn’t. I ended up staying at Motel 6 for a while.
