The rooms were beautifully decorated. The exterior door opened onto a covered terrace where we could sit comfortably. The pool looked wonderful, but we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather. We tipped the person who helped carry our bags to the room, the person who served us in the restaurant, and the person who brought our bags back to the car, and we also tipped the gate attendant who opened and closed the gate. We felt it was a bit frustrating to be told at that moment that we had to tip the gate attendant as well. It seemed like everyone was waiting with their hands open every time we ran into someone.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel very at home. The evening entertainment could have been better.
The staff were great—they helped us book a safari and last‑minute transport and were very accommodating by providing extra heaters and blankets. The showers were excellent, the best we’ve had in India. The location is a little farther from the Safari meeting point, but taxis are affordable, so this was not a real issue. The food was good.
The tent was really lovely, with great interior décor and an amazing hot water shower. There were lots of birds, and we felt fully immersed in the jungle. We had so many activities—pool, badminton, football, and nightly traditional music and dance—that we wished we had more time for. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great. The staff were very helpful, printing our safari tickets and giving us blankets for early morning tours. When we stayed, it was full and a weekend, so there was a lot of noise, but it made for a fun atmosphere.

We loved Jungle Cave! The staff arranged a taxi for us for two days of safari (early morning and afternoon) because the location was too far for the jeeps to pick us up. Overall, it was very peaceful and a nice place to relax between safaris. The food was lovely and the service great. On a couple of nights, the hotel across the road was very loud but quieted down around 10 pm.
