“Otima experiencia”
I was super relaxed by the cozy room, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great, everything else was fine.

The room was clean, the service was good, the location convenient, and the breakfast tasty, but the AC made noise and the bathroom soap dispenser didn’t work.

The place was beautiful, the food delicious, the staff friendly, and the room comfortable, yet the shower stall was missing a door.

Despite telling the front desk for three days that the air‑conditioner was broken, no one offered a solution or even put a small heater in the room.
