The location was great, but the service was poor; they didn’t know how many rooms we had booked, essential items like soap were missing, a tile fell off next to us during breakfast, and the breakfast spread was scanty.

Everything was terrible. The room was extremely dirty, a rat was inside, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, kept shutting off, the mosquitoes were relentless, and I couldn’t sleep.

Only the staff were attentive. The place is large and probably once beautiful and comfortable, but now it’s abandoned, filthy, full of spider webs, buildings needing renovation, and overall it’s falling apart.

The setting, the ecosystem, and the staff were all good. Nothing to add.

My stay surprised me in a good way. The hotel is a bit old and the furniture and linens need updating, but that doesn’t detract from the care shown. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and breakfast was varied and tasty. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff; they clearly work hard to provide the best service despite a structure that needs upkeep. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, clean place. The furnishings and linens show clear signs of wear; a refresh would add a modern touch that would match the excellent service.
