The room was clean and comfortable, yet it wasn’t very soundproof—everything from upstairs and outside could be heard, keeping us awake most of the night on both nights; we would have preferred an upstairs room, but there is no elevator service.

The room was spacious and mostly clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent. However, the shower head holder was broken and fell apart whenever I needed to shower, several stains were visible on the towels, and the lamp by the bed flickered when turned on.
