A small, elegant restaurant, a great hotel with everything you need, including a guest card with attractive excursion options and very friendly, accommodating staff!

Great value for travelers like us, especially compared to Switzerland or Italian South Tyrol, though parking could be better.

Breakfast and dinner were very good and plentiful, staff were friendly and helpful, but the double room felt a bit small for two people.

A clean, pleasant hotel with very friendly service; when I arrived I mentioned I needed gluten‑free options, and the kitchen handled it flawlessly, adjusting the menu for me. The mountain lifts are a 10‑minute walk away, and the city center is also within easy reach. Everything met my expectations and I’ll definitely return. The pool could have been warmer; it was a bit chilly.
