Great location and tidy room, but the room stayed cold even with the AC, and the bathroom lacked shampoo and shower soap.

The hotel sits in an ideal spot for Monferrato, rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. Breakfast is served in the adjacent venue, tasty and made with quality ingredients.

The mattress was comfortable, the room was new and renovated, and the kettle came with cups. The sink was separate from the bathroom (in the anteroom). The toilet paper was completely missing – not even a spare roll. There was no towel holder by the sink, no towel holder for the bidet, and no toilet paper holder. The shower lacked soap dishes, making it very inconvenient to shower. The pillows were a bit thin. The walls were so thin that you could hear what the neighbors were saying, and unfortunately, you could also hear their snoring all night.
