I was really disappointed with my experience at this motel. I wasn't able to check in or even stay in my room because they asked for an extra deposit of $159, which wasn't mentioned on the website when I booked. As a result, I had to sleep outside and I'm seeking a full refund. I felt misled and frustrated by the unexpected additional cost, which ended up costing me $131.

Unfortunately, my stay at this motel was a disaster. The exterior was littered with trash and beer cans, and the interior was even worse - I was shocked to find no towels and comforters on the bed. The condition was appalling, and I plan to request a refund. I have photos to back up my claims.
