The location is great, and around the hotel there are many small shops selling counterfeit goods; it’s tempting but better to avoid them, especially if you need to return items to customs. Prices are listed only in euros, which seemed odd since the local currency is the TL. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Looking at the photos, one might think there are several pools, but there is only one small pool and a splash pool; no lifeguard is present, so keep an eye on children. Most guests are retirees, so the atmosphere is very calm and not very lively, which is ideal for those seeking peace. The evening entertainment is mediocre.

Everything was great – the staff were very friendly, and the location was superb; we were thrilled.

I mentioned a couple of times that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working; they promised to fix it but nothing happened. The next day I complained again, and they said we would get a different room, but that never occurred.
