“0 stars do not book”
Nothing!!!! The hotel is disgusting. And dirty and the photos are misleading. I booked a luxury basement room. On arrival I was told that the previous guest lost the key so they can't give me the room which wasn't the case they was only 3 basement rooms in the hotel and they were occupied by guest. I was given a smaller room in the attic which was filthy and hadn't been clean. The fridge had mould inside the AC had water dripping on to the bed . I complained and asked to speak to the manager and was told not available. The next day I was given the basement room the toilet door handle was broken tv and AC and the hairdryer didn't work and the shower head was broken and there was again mould around the shower tray. Please do not waste your money on this hotel I stayed few days around galata towers and 4 days at xenia and the hotel near galata towers was so much nicer, cleaner and true to the photos on booking. Com site . I made a complaint to booking straight away so dispointed with booking. Com I have not heard anything from them apart from anautomated message to deal with the property direct. I would suggest bookimg needs to review the property. I hvae included photos of the room ana bathroom. One of the photos I open the bathroom sink cupboard it was just dirty and stank looks like they never clean the rooms fully after the guest have left
