I saw the owner shout at another guest just because the guest had a 10,000 XPF bill and the owner had no change. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. Later, I arranged a three‑night extension directly with him, and he suddenly charged €86 to my card without permission. I sent screenshots, transaction records, and proof of payment, but he denied responsibility and stopped responding. The place is beautiful, but the owner’s conduct ruined the experience, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
