The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The toilet lid in the room was unstable and wobbly.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly in every situation. The rooms were clean, and the metro station was right next door, which was convenient!

There was everything you could want from a hotel room. The staff were friendly, the facilities were great and it had a nice bar and restaurant. Pillows were too thin and soft for my liking and there were no alternatives, but I requested a second pillow, which helped slightly
