The room was clean and gave me peace of mind. For a fee—about $20 for two hours—you can rent the sauna, hammam, pool, and gym. The space you can rent is quite large, so I was very satisfied. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, making it a great spot for a stroll. The staff were also helpful.

The hotel is spotless and well‑maintained. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and supportive with any question. At the entrance you always get fresh water with lemon and nuts, free all day, which adds comfort and makes you feel cozy while waiting for a taxi, etc. A small tip is to avoid adding sugar to the water so everyone, including those who are sugar‑free, can enjoy it. The location is great, surrounded by nice cafés and restaurants. Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the staff should be more proactive about explaining that fried eggs or an omelette are available on request; no one told us, and we only discovered it on the last day when we saw someone eating it at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for a good quality stay and would definitely choose it again. The breakfast is wide, but it would be better to prepare small portions for self‑service so guests can pick from pre‑cut options and refill them during breakfast. This keeps food, cheese, and salami fresh. Staff need training and should proactively help guests not stay outside and watch. There are too many staff members, but no one offers help or explains the available options for ordering from the kitchen.

The hotel is neat, clean, has good staff, and a convenient location—10 minutes to the airport. The breakfasts are not very varied, and the gym is basically empty.

The hotel in Tashkent was fantastic, with staff that were super friendly! My room was spotless and great. The location might feel a bit farther, but Yandex made navigation easy. The breakfast was the best I've had in Uzbekistan, offering a wide range of high‑quality dishes. Nothing to complain about :)
