Breakfast in the room was very pleasant. The room was a bit bare and noisy.

The location was good: we got off at the Laurentina metro stop, just wait for the 674 which drops right in front of the property. Even on foot you reach it in ten minutes. Ideal for people who need to move around that area. The owner was friendly and helpful (she let us leave our luggage at the property and brought breakfast in the morning with great care). The low rating for the room is offset by the firm mattress with quality slats. The room itself was very plain, and especially the bathroom in our room was not great – the lights were too weak and the shower head was fixed high up, so a woman who needs to wash without shampoo finds it quite difficult. The pillows were uneven – one too low and two too soft.

The courtesy and kindness of the lady who welcomed us at the property were excellent. The location is also good for reaching the city center with the Laurentina metro, just a ten‑minute walk.
