The location of this hotel is its biggest strength - it's just a short walk to the City Palace. However, the room was a bit of a letdown, and the price was way too high considering the quality. To top it off, the staff seemed unprofessional and the walls were damp, which was pretty off-putting.

I was really impressed with the friendly staff and the stunning view from my room. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient, but I didn't have any major complaints.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the staff's behavior was a major issue - the receptionist was being overly flirtatious and even tried to touch me inappropriately. I'm not sure if he's used to this kind of behavior, but it made me really uncomfortable.

The food at Platform 27 was really good, and the view of the City Palace from my room was exceptional. However, the TV wasn't working, and the fan only had one speed, which was a bit annoying.
