“Lovely pub set in a lovely location, will definitely be back”
The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Cartmel. My room was bright, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite, and we even had a singer on both nights who was great if you enjoy that sort of thing. I did stub my toe on a lip in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom while heading to the bathroom in the middle of the night; I was half‑asleep and hadn’t turned on the bedside light, so it wasn’t a big issue.
