The property is perfect and the neighborhood feels safe; the service and restaurant are tasty, and I highly recommend catching a rojo tango show. Every staff member—from the doormen to the front desk to the spa team—catered to every need with exceptional care, though the pool was closed during my stay.

I’ve loved Faena for many years, and the décor, staff, food, and bar all impress me, plus I found the tango show beautiful, which I only saw this time. I feel the owners are cutting back on investment in Faena Buenos Aires while focusing on opening other hotels worldwide, which shouldn’t happen because this is the flagship of the chain; they need to replace the bathroom floors, the marble, and other fittings, and the breakfast should return to a buffet style, as it was much better before.

Our third stay at Faena, always very well received. This time it was for our 10th wedding anniversary and they made it special. We’ll come back!
